Artistic Embroidery Creations endeavors to complete all orders within 5 working days, (not counting the day goods arrive).  A FAX or EMAIL approval of the logo or sew out is required to start the 5 day clock.

 Production Time: 7 to 10 "Working Days" after approval of sample. Rush orders: 6 days or less add a 20% rush fee.
Thread Color - We stock over 150 colors. Special orders of colors not stocked and thread colors to match PMS colors, will be charged half the cost of the thread plus shipping.

Maximum Colors: 10 colors per design.
Additional Colors - Nine colors included with the quoted price of an item. Additional colors, add $2.00 per additional thread color per garment.

Metallic Thread: Add $0.20 per 1,000 stitches. Poly bagging: $0.25 per piece.
 



 

 Additional Information:

1. Above 20,000 stitches please call for quote.

2. Orders requiring exact quantity of furnished goods should include extra pieces to account for flaws. Allow 2% spoilage.

3. Quantity break is restricted to the same design only.

4. Customers requesting specific thread color may incur additional charge.

5. Add $0.50 per item if solvy is needed. Terry or knitted products will require solvy.

6. All claims for defects must be made within 5 working days of receipt of shipment.

Payment Terms:

1. Prepaid: Visa, Master Card, Company Check, Cashier's check or money order.

2. 50% non-refundable deposit, balance C.O.D., Visa, Master Card, Amex, Company Check, Cashier's check or money order.   Balance due upon completion of run.
